Terms

These terms apply when you commission occupancy or rooms-revenue work from Content Fieldhub. They are written for professional analysis, not for guest-room sales.

Who we are

Content Fieldhub provides occupancy and rooms-revenue analyses for hotel groups. The practice address is 71 Cunnery Rd, Maidenwell, LN11 9RJ, United Kingdom. Contact: 07730050888 and hello@content-fieldhub.click.

Acceptance

An engagement starts when we send a written confirmation of scope, fee, and period, and you accept it by email or by paying the deposit. Using this website does not by itself create an engagement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not commission work.

The work

We read occupied nights, empty nights, mix, and rooms money from extracts you supply, and we write a file and, where agreed, a briefing or visit note. We do not operate hotels, take guest bookings, or guarantee a change in occupancy. Conclusions depend on the completeness of your extracts. We may decline or stop work if the figures cannot be reconstructed honestly.

Your materials

You warrant that you have the right to send night-audit extracts, group diaries, and occupancy files, and that they do not include payment-card data or unnecessary personal data about guests or staff. You remain responsible for decisions you take after reading our file, including rate and inventory decisions inside your own property systems.

Intellectual property

The written file, tables, and briefing pack we create are licensed to you for internal use within the hotel group named in the engagement, including circulation to your board and lenders. You may not resell the file, publish it as your own occupancy product, or use our name to imply we operate your hotels. We retain copyright in our methods, templates, and journal articles on this site. Extracts you supplied remain yours.

Website content

Text and arrangement of this website belong to Content Fieldhub. Photographs are used under the licences of their sources. You may not copy the site as a template for another occupancy practice.

Liability

We prepare analyses with care. Occupancy reading is not an audit under the Companies Act, not a valuation, and not investment advice. Our liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where the law of England and Wales does not permit a limit (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). We are not liable for loss of occupancy, rooms money, or hotel value that follows decisions you take after the briefing.

Confidentiality

We keep occupancy extracts and house names confidential, except where you ask us to speak to a named board or lender, or where the law requires disclosure. Client stories on this site are used with permission or with identifying details altered where agreed.

Governing law

These terms and any engagement are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Mandatory rights of consumers in the United Kingdom, where they apply, are not excluded.
