What occupancy work tends to cost
Fees follow house count, the quality of the extracts, and whether someone needs to walk the inventory. These starting figures are not a menu of identical packages.

How we estimate
A group that can send occupied and available rooms by day, by house, for twenty-four months will sit at the lower end. A group that has only night-audit PDFs, or that closed a wing without logging it, needs reconstruction time. We say so before work starts.
Deposits are one third when the figures request goes out. The balance is due on delivery of the written file. Bound board packs, if you want them, are printed locally and billed at cost. We do not take payment for guest rooms, and we do not offer monthly occupancy “subscriptions” that impersonate a booking product.
Travel from Maidenwell is charged at the HMRC mileage rate or rail fare, whichever applies. Overnight stays are agreed in advance when a house is too far for a day visit.
