Privacy
This notice explains how Content Fieldhub uses personal data when you enquire, commission occupancy work, or visit this website.
Data controller
Content Fieldhub is the controller for personal data described here. Address: 71 Cunnery Rd, Maidenwell, LN11 9RJ, United Kingdom. Telephone: 07730050888. Email: hello@content-fieldhub.click. We are a small occupancy practice, not a hotel operator, and we do not run a guest reservation system.
What we collect
From an enquiry: name, email, optional house count, optional visit date, the analysis you selected, and the message you write. From an engagement: correspondence, invoices, and the occupancy extracts you send. We ask you not to send guest names, card numbers, or staff personnel files. If they arrive by mistake we delete them when we notice. From the website: the cookie choice stored in your browser if you accept or reject cookies, and ordinary server logs such as IP address and page requested, kept only as long as the host retains them for security.
Why we use it
We reply to enquiries, perform the occupancy work you commission, invoice, keep records required by tax law, and improve the wording of this site where messages show a repeated confusion. Legal bases under UK GDPR are contract (or steps at your request before a contract) and legitimate interests in running a professional occupancy practice. Cookie use other than the essential consent record is described on the cookies page and proceeds only if you accept.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted after eighteen months unless a later engagement follows. Engagement files, including occupancy extracts, are kept for six years after the final invoice, which matches ordinary UK tax record-keeping. Board packs we issued remain in the engagement file for the same period. You may ask for extracts to be returned or deleted earlier if no legal duty to keep them remains.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share names and emails with our accountant or solicitor when an invoice or dispute requires it. Website hosting and email transmission involve processors in the ordinary course of running a site. If a processor sits outside the United Kingdom, we rely on a UK adequacy regulation or on standard contractual clauses approved for UK use.
International transfers
Occupancy extracts are stored in the United Kingdom unless a processor we name to you stores a backup elsewhere under a lawful transfer mechanism. We do not send hotel occupancy files to a public generative service.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection, and you may ask for a copy of data you provided in a commonly used format where the law gives a portability right. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Rights are not absolute; we will explain if a tax or legal duty blocks erasure of an invoice.
Children
This site is for hotel-group professionals. We do not knowingly collect data about children.
