Houses where the figures and the floor plan no longer match — out-of-order rooms, wing closures, or breakfast rooms that cannot serve the occupancy claimed.
The result
A visit note listing rooms that cannot sell, rooms that should sell and do not, and occupancy claims that the building cannot support.
Time and delivery
One day on site plus a written note within a week. On site at the hotel, usually a Tuesday to Thursday.
Fees
From £950 per house plus travel from Maidenwell. A one-third deposit is due when work is booked. Materials we purchase for printing board packs are billed at cost if you ask for bound copies.
How to proceed
Name the house or season in your message. If you already have a group review underway, say so — we will not duplicate tables.
