A board pack that does not reprint the daily flash

Hotel sitting room prepared for a meeting around a table

The daily flash is a night-by-night occupancy and rooms-money slip. It is essential for the people who yield the house tomorrow. It is a poor board paper. Directors who meet quarterly cannot usefully sit through ninety days of occupied nights restated in a smaller font.

A Content Fieldhub board pack keeps three things in the main pages: empty-night clusters that repeated, mix shifts that moved rooms money while occupancy looked stable, and the houses that carried the estate. The flash, if the chair insists, goes in an appendix. Three questions for management sit on the last page so the meeting has somewhere to go besides a tour of percentages.

Priya will not add a decorative occupancy chart that restates the table. If a chart cannot be read aloud in one sentence, it does not belong in the pack.
